There’s an incredible amount of small businesses that just do not have a good website and I’ve been playing with the idea for a few months of using my WordPress knowledge to build them a website (for a standard fee), then offer a hosting plan at $15-$X per month as the passive income side of this.
These would be small businesses that dont require constant updates or changes to their site so I wouldn’t expect them to come to me with revisions often, but if they do, I wouldn’t mind charging them for small tweaks or throwing it into the monthly maintenance cost at a higher monthly price..
Has anyone done/doing something like this that has some feedback for me?
