Can learning a different language help open to new and better career choices? : passive_income

Hi, I’m currently learning Spanish as a hobby but I do want to use it as an advantage if I ever get to the level of a fluent speaker. So my question is, on a career perspective, would learning a different language help? I’m also looking for a part-time job so would being bilingual help? Appreciate any inputs on this.
