Started with Fundrise in the middle of 2020, not investing much at all, only saw 1.2% interest.
2021 they had a record year: 22.3% interest.
So far in 2022, 4.3%.
All time 13.3%.
Im pretty happy with it as a platform. They seem pretty transparent, give lots of portfolio updates. I wouldnt be able to invest in RE otherwise. Only drawback is that it is for long term illiquid investments. Don’t bother if you’re planning to keep your money invested for less than 5 years. From what I’ve read it takes a full quarter to liquidate.
