I am a designer. i have been on spreadshirt for 2 years. they still pay my earnings regularly every month. but since March 2022 they have not done so anymore. they have withheld my payments. i am from vietnam and i also sent them w8-ben form and it was accepted. I don’t understand what I did wrong. I emailed them but no response. What should I do next?
