Today’s question is should I build a niche property as an e-commerce brand?

It’s a great question, and it’s something that I don’t speak about a lot. I should better express that these niche properties serve many different purposes and can be used for multiple things.

A niche property is a website that gets traffic in a specific market in a particular niche.

And we turn on an ad network, and then we get paid rent checks to allow those ads to be placed on our website.

We can also promote affiliate products and promote our products. We can also rent out our banner space to other private businesses or brands that have products that support our content.

So there’s a lot that we can do with that niche property. Okay. So let’s dig in here to this question.
