Things you can create can be anything from a graphic design to a piece of software. There are several sites that you can upload your art and people can have it put on stickers, t-shirts, etc. You can make a game or clever piece of software for a phone. You make it once and then let it work for you.
If you are an artist then look into making a NFT collection. It is a lot of work initially but if it becomes popular you can earn royalties as the art is bought and sold.
