What else should I be doing?

I'm a 33-year-old male in SoCal and I've been investing since the recession.

Heavily into various ETFs, recently started invested in P2P lending with Prosper, fund my Roth IRAs yearly, and take part in my company's 401k plan.

I've worked two jobs since 2013 (one during the week and one on weekends) to be able to invest and take care of other expenses.

My background is in communications, marketing, and live audio engineering.

I'm in no debt and own my car outright. Currently living with family until I can find a way to buy my own place.

I've come to the conclusion after raising my full-time job salary $20,000 in four months (finding a new job, getting laid off, then finding a higher paying job at a more stable company) has been great.

Unfortunately, I'm getting to the point where i need to work smarter not harder. The part-time job, while fun, isn't keeping up with inflation and can be labor intensive/time consuming. I really need some type of passive or semi-passive income that pays more and will allow me to put more away.

Would love to invest in real estate, but I don't make enough money yet to do so.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
